Technique: Why DVD Output?

For our video production output, we use DVD and only DVD. Why DVD? Simply because the resolution is bigger than the tube TV resolution. DVD resolution is 720px X 576px, while tube TV resolution is only maximum to 320px X 240px or the same as VCD resolution. Well, if you are using plasma TV or any other High Definiton TV that support 1080px X 810px, the image quality is stil under the resolution of Blue Ray disc that support up to 1024px X 780px. So don’t be so dissapointed when you see on your plasma TV that the image from your DVD is not clear enough, just move your position further from the plasma TV, you’ll get a better view!
